Refund Policy

Refund Policy for House and Recreational Programs
Requests for cancellation and refunds for a house or recreational programs must be submitted in writing to [email protected] as early as possible.  If submitted prior to August 1 for fall and March 1 for spring, a refund check, less a 10% processing fee, will be issued and mailed to the address of record within 30 days of the request.  If submitted prior to the first practice of the season but after 8/1 for fall and 3/1 for spring, a refund check, less a $30 processing fee, will be issued and mailed to the address of record within 30 days of the request.  NO refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals requested once the first practice session has taken place. GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control. 

Refund Policy for Travel Soccer
NOTE: The refund policy is modified as follows for the 2020-21 Travel year

If, due to COVID-19, the Fall season is canceled, we would offer refunds less any administrative fees to cover costs already incurred including league fees, field maintenance, permits, etc. The value of the refund would vary based on how far along we are pre-season and subsequently in-season as decisions are made by government agencies and/or the governing bodies of youth soccer.

For any Travel release requests, it is understood that acceptance of a spot on a travel team is a commitment to the Club and to the team for the entire 2020-21 soccer year.  Should a player decide to leave the team, the family is still responsible for any and all monies owed to the Club and/or to the team to cover all expenses for the year prior to the player's departure.  In accordance with VYSA policy, players may be released by the team for non-payment of Club or team fees.  GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control.  

Refund Policy for Summer and Camp Programs

NOTE: The refund policy is modified for Summer 2020 camps:
There is a new *RISK-FREE* registration policy now in place.  Registrants reserve their spot at a cost of $0.  Once it is confirmed that the camp will be held, the amount of the camp will be placed in your account to be paid before the start of the first camp session.  

For all other Camp Programs:
There are no refunds given for Camp Programs.  Please write to [email protected] if your child cannot attend camp.  A makeup in a comparable camp may be offered at the discretion of the Camp Director.  GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control.
