Northern Virginia Alliance

GFR is pleased to announce the Northern Virginia Alliance (NVA), a strategic alliance between Great Falls Reston Soccer Club, Loudoun Soccer, and Virginia Valor to create a direct pathway for select players to compete in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), “the epitome of excellence in youth soccer, for boys and girls.”

The goal of the Alliance is to create the highest-quality ECNL programming in Northern Virginia, combining the strengths of these three clubs to bring the area’s best coaching, training, and player resources to the program. The NVA ECNL program will serve as a pathway for players in the member clubs to access a national league. GFR’s Travel program will continue to focus on developing quality players through competition in the ECNL Regional League, EDP, and NCSL leagues and will carry on with producing high-caliber teams that excel in these leagues.
